Big 4 vs Banks (Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, JPMC etc. )in India
Which one has better pay, office work culture, better work life balance and compensation ?
How's the pay for analysts in banks like Citi, HSBC, IDFC etc?
My "assumption" is they have a better work life balance compared to start-ups (I work in one - CTC being 28lpa - almost 4 YOE).

Oh. But in the end the amount that gets credited at the end of the month is what matters no? Along with WLB for sure, and learning curve would be good as well I assume ?
I work for an US based edtech. 6 years of experience but similar pay which you mentioned. I’m looking out for a change but no company is ready to pay more than my current CTC. Tough market
