Do you practice daily? How long has it been?
It has been almost 2 years. I used to practice daily initially, it decreased gradually.. Now it has come down to once or twice a week
Have been using this app called Idanim for meditations. Planning to advance to Vipassana as well.

I am 24F, went to Vipassana to get clarity on various aspects of life. Physically and mentally I am absolutely healthy. Assuming that the ones who are reading this are aware of what Vipassana is.

I had a horrible experience in Vipassana, I quit the program in 5 days I had a full blown psychotic episode and...
