Almost closed for a role at Okta, wanted to check how it is as an organisation.
Can you share how was your interview process? I recently got a call from them.
It wasnt so great to be honest. Had about 5 rounds and it took about a month. I had to follow up for them to get the next rounds scheduled and they used to abruptly postpone the calls as well.
I’m currently interviewing at okta, and similar things happened with me aswell. My interview got rescheduled 3 times
