Currently life is pretty bad at HDFC.. there are huge targets which u can’t meet in ur life.. then there are too much pressure to bring business and after u do everything and give ur best, u will get 1-3% annual appraisal with minimum bonus payout.
This is for Imperia banking. Would it still be bad at Sr manager level?
