General idea:

Rent 40 to 60 k if you want to live in gated communities

Maintenance and electricity: 10 k

Food and maids: 15 k

Commute: 5 to 10 k

To live a decent/semi luxury lifestyle you got to spend about 1 L minimum, with kids 1.5
