I've handled copywriting, creative strategy, and execution for brands for the last 8+ years. Many of those in agencies, and the last few in a B2B SaaS tech company. Because of my agency background, I know I'm pretty underpaid, but since that can change now, I wanna know what's the baseline for my profile considering my experience. I kill it with creative requirements for branding, paid promotions and literally anything under the sun that the brand needs. Nothing long form, because that's a different ball game altogether. I'm getting just under 20LPA right now. I'm up for appraisals soon. I've been with this company for 2+ years. Please tell me what's the salary bracket I should be in. Biz dev role, full time engagement, equity. DTC exposure is must. Right now we are in product development & testing early pmf phase. Matching salary. Product - A SAAS solution for non tech savvy DTC brands to reduce their ad spend upto 40% through influencer led sales. Problem - Indian D2C brands spend $7b every year on ad spend only to achieve < 2% retention and <2 ROAS. This is because there is no other way other than ad spend to acq. customers. Core team in place - 2 engineers, 1 COO, 1 CTO & 1 PM. Enough cash to survive till pre-seed and get to early pmf. Raising pre-seed now to onboard 100 DTC brands. Founders: ex-Microsoft, Pixis, Swiggy, Zomato, Udaan, Rapido Equity you get will yield following - At the end of yr. 5: Best case exit for you: ~7-9cr. Avg case: 3-5cr. Worst case: 60L-1cr. Along with equity from starting day. I did not grow up in a lot of money. I ordered looking at the prices on the menu. This feeling has stayed with me and has fueled me to thrive, push harder, work long hours and get to my goals. I'm 5 years into my career, and last year I had a feeling of "making it". I had enough to not look at the menu, or even the place I'd be going to. This feeling is really really satisfying and I took some time to sit with it, enjoy and bask in this glory (humbly). But I also feel my drive to hustle and do better has gone down. For instance, I'm okay pushing work to tomorrow, I'm not as keen to pickup work. I feel some of graveviners could relate to 'making enough' story. Have you also feel a lack of hustle to keep you going? What do you think is the reason? For experienced folks, I'm really keen to know how to get past this slump.

Title. I have 5 years of experience as a digital marketer and focus mainly on SEO among other skills. Sucessfully managed to provide great results to a US based client and had them rank firston google for more than 100 keywords essentially 6x ing their monthly enquires. I now have confidence that I can bring results but not sure if my salary package of 6 LPA will ever change, considering I live in a tier 3 city in India. Any legit advice?

I am seeing lots of 22 years old who have opened their digital marketing agency and earning really good money by working with freelance clients who pay in dollars. I am starting up and I want a source of income. Don't really want to go to corporate job. Haven't had much success with freelancing. Cold mailing hardly works and gig websites like Upwork etc have lots of competition at some really cheap rate. What are the best way to getting freelance work with international clients? Any help would be highly appreciated.
