I would like to move abroad to a developed country and settle. My priorities are work life balance, ecosystem for entrepreneurship and income.
Note:- I should be able to get a PR in these countries in less than a decade.
Go to Europe. There's enough ecosystem particularly in UK. But other European countries aren't lacking. Europe does solve your WLB. Income is better than India, but dont expect huge savings! PR for a lot of European countries should be possible within the decade
