Which foreign countries to move to for work?

I am an Indian Software Developer with almost 2-3yr of experience. I am looking to move to some foreign country for work in a couple of years.

Which are the top three countries you guys wanna settle in/have already settled in? How do you rate them in terms of:

a. WLB/Quality of life b. Salary c. Taxation/Savings/Cost of living d. Number of opportunities/Ease to get into e. Weather

I was looking at germany but their taxes are almost half but we do get better benefits compared to India.

I heard dubai taxes only 5%
