Best kind of manager

The best manager lets you do your work and log off after you finish your work.

I found the smooth talker, friendly type, less technical to be the worst. It's hard to get valuable feedback from them because they are usually sugarcoating things. Personally, I like people that are direct. Direct feedback might be harsh but I can grow from it.
