Is there any way we can re-join TCS ?
Bhai do baat samajh le ..
1. Wapas aana abhi to possible nhi hai.
2. Agar tu kaam karta rahega and khud pe confidence rakhega yo har company main job security hai..
Baaki agar baithe baithe khane ki adat lag gyi ho to baat alag hai

Yes, you can join if any management person is still in TCS. With his/her reference you can join back

Is there no rehire status checked in TCS before rehiring an exployee in TCS?
Yes. If your resume has TCS mentioned anywhere it will straightway get rejected. If you manage to hide this information at the time of hiring you will still get rejected during BGC because your PF details will show TCS contributions.
TCS me ek he rule ha ki yahan koi rule nhi hai… TCS rejoin bhi kr sakte hai..
