Better pay better hikes better work
Only issue they will take most of your time
Its just growth nothing else you can work on latest tech stacks and utilize latest software platforms .
You will be valued better once you come out of big4
Why do so many people work in the Big 4 given that you have to work so many hours and your work life balance doesn’t exist.
