Choice between xlri delhi and iim lucknow
Hi all, One of my friends wants to do mba in analytics. He has work exp of 2 yrs as business analyst. He is confused between xlri delhi and iim lucknow. Says xlri delhi has higher avg salary than lucknow. Folks, plz guide on which factors to consider when choosing between the two.And which one would be better?
IIML any day as mentioned by @EncryptedName. Average salary will not much of a difference in the long but the brand name will stick with you for a long time along with the alumni base that they will have access to.

XLRI Delhi is very new
Yes IIM L is what I suggested to him, but he says avg salary at xlri is greater than iimL

Doesn’t matter. Don’t look at an MBA as a placement agency, or for short term results. IIM L will have a better standing in the long run.
IIM L - the IIM tag itself is worth it and Lucknow has one of the best alum networks . XLRI Delhi is extremely new
Check previous cut offs for both and number of students placed not the average salary.
Is it regular 2 year MBA program? , IIML provides a general management degree. But you can choose your profile during placement.
