I am thinking switch for companies in BLR

I am currently a SDE-II at a big Ed-tech Unicorn in India (PW). I feel like it's making me comfortable now. What companies should I look up to for the switch? PS: My interest lies towards fintech.

Hi Guys, I am working as a software developer in Oracle( btech from old IIT) . Its been 2 years and I now want to switch to management consulting (preferable in MBB) to experience it so want to give MBA. 1. I did some research but I want to gain some information on the salary aspect of it. I heard that the salaries are not that high they would probably be in the same range that I am getting now. BUT, I want to know in the long run do consultants get more hikes compared to tech roles? 2. I heard the wlb is pretty bad so is there some resource that I can study to know if thats the right suit for me since its a big risk I’ll be taking moving on to a different field. There are some good exit opportunities also I believe after MBB can someone tell more about it. Would really appreciate some answers on this. Its on my head for a long time. Cheers!

Hey guys! So an early career professional here. Currently, have around 6 month of work experience as a frontend dev in an early stage startup. I have been coding decently here, worked on features, customer bugs etc. but the work has started to feel quite repetitive and the workplace also feels like a feature factory now. I have two questions. a) what actionable things can I actually do to work on some new or interesting stuff b) has the experience been the same for you folks or are there any places in India where you actually learn and grow a lot as an engineer and not end up just endlessly shipping features

Hi all, I’ve been working with oracle for almost 2 years. It feels stagnant now. No new skills, newtech to work upon, moreover my position is Associate SDE but I’ve been with QA team since beginning. I’ve talked to manager regarding same but no fruitful outcome. I feel stuck. Im actively looking for switch but can’t figure out which skills to study or start from bcoz different companies ask for different skillset. And my profile looks more like automation tester then SDE. Pls help !!
