I have another offer in hand and want to decide as I am nearing my LWD.

. How's ERP cloud org in Oracle? . How's are hikes/bonuses within this org? . How are the learning opportunities and WLB within this org? . What all benefits are available in Bangalore OTH.

Although Oracle is paying more but I need to consider other aspects as well. So any information would really help me in deciding. Thanks.
