I joined as a fresher in Oracle.. Based on my performance I got an option to wfh after my wedding. I continued with the same company just to balance my work and kids.. It's 13 years with Oracle and my underpaid..I want to switch to a different domain.. Currently in peoplesoft..I don't know where to start.. Also I want to know about freelancing..
