Navi Mumbai (Banking) vs. Kolkata (Corporate Strategy & Transition Management)

I have 2 Offers, both from start ups, A is a consumer faced growing startup with good & lots of work! Pros of A are: Culture seems good, maybe good quality work, peers okay! Cons are : No flexibility with WFH, package 4 lakhs less than B, maybe lots of work. Pros of B: Higher package (+4 lacs), option to work from anywhere, dont know about kind of work! Cons; SaaS based startup so don’t know about kind of work I would get, maybe dashboard or external services integration, WLB may be fucked up! What should I join? I am in dilemma, what if I join A and I get overwhelmed with work and get burned out, package also less. What if join B and I do not get quality work and do not grow as a Frontend developer? Folks with experience help!!!!!!!! I previously joined a startup, got burned out pretty quickly!

What would you choose between a job at a startup in Bangalore or at an agency in Goa? for context- I’m a marketing fellow and This would be my first full time job. the salary offered is the same. given the pros and cons of both the situations, unable to decide between the two offers. should i go for comfort in goa and quit after 7-8 months or choose the startup role and struggle initially to get a comfortable role later?

Very good manager, not much pressure, know in and out of current task but its stagnant now Not much growth Living a comfortable life TC 15 Now have a new offer will have to relocate to mumbai, and then the whole hustle begins I am having second thoughts on choosing new offer, can people with experience lay down their thoughts

I got a job opportunity from HDFC bank. The job expects me to shift to Mumbai from Bangalore WFH currently. The pay is 30LPA is it worth considering it according to the cost of living in Mumbai ? Seriously heard it's very costly not been there. And currently I'm working in a Consulting firm is it the right move to consider. Will it be good for my career ? By the way it's going to be my 3 switch in 5 years just looking to settle where there stability and no layoffs Please advise is it worth considering an Indian private bank

I have received a job offer in Mumbai, salary offered is Fixed 14 lakhs and 2lakhs bonus and some deal bonus but will have to move to Mumbai from Bangalore. Current salary is 12.8. Financially it doesn't seem to make sense but not able to decide if I will get better opportunities in future

Hey everyone! I'm currently working as a senior analytics guy (overall work experience of ~5.5 years) and am looking for a switch. Here are the 2 options that I have for now: 1. Amazon (BA II) offering a fixed of 32L, to join in Hyderabad for a team where majority people sit out of Seattle. 2. Bolt (a startup based out of Estonia, primarily dealing in ride sharing, food delivery and others) offering ~€70k annually as fixed compensation (relocation sponsored). Currently a bit confused as I haven't heard really great reviews about Amazon, but at the same time don't know how the move to relocate internationally for the first time will work. Did a light research on salary and cost of living in Estonia, and found out that this is a pretty good number to get. Does anyone have any idea either about how WLB is at Amazon or at Bolt? What would be a better move here? (Bolt offering the role of an Analytics lead)

Friends, Need your advice, I have around 4 years of experience currently working for Total CTC 20.7 LPA (19.2 lakh fixed + 1.5 reimbursement benefits) and it's work from home. Can be laid off anytime. Since I'm on bench for last 6 months without any billable role. I got an offer from a company in Mumbai they are giving me a 30 percent hike from fixed around (24 LPA + 2 Lakh joining bonus ) for Navi Mumbai location. And it's going to be work from the office. Is it worth considering the opportunity ? This will be my 3rd switch, is it harmful switching often. Please help and advice
