Cloud support Associate@Amazon
People who are working as cloud support associate at amazon, can anyone tell how is working experience in this particular role...what kind of work can we expect...and what are the pros and cons working here.
If i want to apply for role, what is the interview process for this role.

- It's an operations role i.e. you'll primarily work on tickets as an AWS TAC ( 2 - 3 everyday with a target of 30-50 every month )
- Figure out which team in Amazon as a CSA like if it's within networking, security or others
- You'll learn a loooooot about AWS cloud and technology in general too
- Possible interview rounds: basic networking or Linux and then a team focused technical round. The two manager rounds. They focus a looooot on basics.
- Its actually a faced paced environment and not just a linkedIN term in context of working for AWS, so brace yourselves to get uncomfortable :) Hope that helps
