Kya hoga janke Cognizant designation hierarchy? It’s not a good company as what I’ve heard. The saary at entry levels is not satisfactory, it’s better if you seek join somewhere else. Accenture I’ve heard is better than Cognizant, in terms of both salary and work-life balance. Aur maine toh ye bhi suna hai, they have a better leave policy.

I worked in Cognizant for like 3 years and it has been a long that I’ve quit my job and started my own business. In my time Cognizant designation hierarchy like Programmer Analyst Trainee. The next up is Programmer Analyst, Associate. Then comes Senior Associate. Then the managerial levels. I guess after that its executive level.

I think there are 8 levels in the Cognizant designation hierarchy, going from Programmer to Director.

If you are joining as a fresher, your position will be PAT (Programmer Analyst Trainee). After this there are several levels like Programmer Analyst, Associate, Senior Associate and then Manager. I think the Cognizant designation hierarchy has 8 or 9 levels.
