Company choose

Hi All,

I have offers from 3 companies (infosys, warner bros discovery, lti mindtree) and im in dilemma to choose one from 3 companies, all are offering good packages. Warner bros discovery is a product based firm, shall i choose this one..

Can someone pls suggest which one to choose regardless salary. I want the best work life balance, best work culture. Infy: 8.5 Wbd: 8.75 Lti: 9.5

Yes Infy and LTI don’t have WLB. So WB is then best choice.

With infy and lti you have a chance of going on-site depending upon project which might not be the case in WB. WLB depends upon teams, mangers and project and could be better at WB and not at infy and lti.

Infosys: 7.65 fixed +85k varaible= 8.5Lpa Warner bros: 8.3 fixed + 40k varaible= 8.7 Lpa

Both are same distance from my home.
