Confused & struggling, plz tell if I am missing any side of the coin, it will help me to decide better!

I always wanted to go to IIT DELHI just bcz of their startup culture.. I started preparing for JEE 3 years back and failed badly in 2 attempts

I was getting a state govt university both times and I joined that university this time.

After 1 week of being their made me question myself that why the heck I came here.. No studying, but 75% attendance is mandatory, (proffs cancel classes whenever they want, we have to be their waiting 1 hour for next teacher!)

No time for Coding/communication Skill development

Hostels are not Hostels here I would call them "kabad Khana" but already paid 12,800 yearly rent & only 3k somthing is refundable now 🥲 No Hindi Speaking people, mostly Haryanvi speaking 20k/month is only placement option available here on the basis of their Btech Degree

I was having an option to work with my father on family Business, my family runs a retail business, my mother always wanted me to help my father manage this business!

Also I wanted IIT for startup culture, I am not very confident in BTech Subjects: MATH, Engineering Graphic & Design etc

Already paid ₹55k-58k somthing here most probably I won't get much refund from here, but I may save my 4 years from going in vain, most of you all are working professionals, you've passed similar phase, what should I do plz tell me the things I Should consider while making my decision ..?
