BTech degree in EEE from a tier 1 university and a total of 2 YoE. Been working as a project manager (sadly my title was customer success manager). Appraisals in a month. Would appreciate feedback and inputs. (Resume on my profile btw) CTC - 12 lpa Base - 9 lpa

Get a CTC of 16-18L. Assuming you are starting into PM you may get around that
