Can one choose, TCS Prime Offer over he already working in Service Based company which pays little less than TCS Prime role?

I'm a BCA 2024 graduate, I got an offer from TCS as Graduate Trainee for 2.8 LPA. I'm thinking of joining it and upskilling myself and leaving after the probation period( 1 year). As of now, I'm mid at coding, but I can pick it up fast, should I join TCS and upskill myself or should i spend the next 6 months on my skill then apply somewhere else? I've heard TCS isn't for Freshers. help me out.🙃

Hello Everyone, I recently got shortlisted for TCS prime offer. I am doing continuous research about topics on which I should focus. But online research is confusing me. Since TCS is offering prime roles for the first time, online resources are not turning out to be that helpful. So, please give me some insights about how I should prepare for it. It will also be helpful if I could get an idea about the interview process for Prime roles, so that I can prepare accordingly. Moreover, this will be my first walk in interview(I have given online interviews) and I will appreciate some interview tips for that too.

I have received joining from Techmahindra (3.25 lpa) and I have an offer letter of tcs digital (7 lpa). I am unable to understand if I wait for TCS digital or else join techm because there is a bond in techm where I should pay if I leave the company before 2 yrs. Or else if I wait for tcs, what if I don't get joining till many months? Kindly suggest regarding this query.

Hi, I'm from Chennai and I have four offers: 1. 30 CTC - TCS Chennai (5 days work from office) 2. 26 CTC - Product company, Chennai (5 days work from office) 3. 26 CTC - Service-based company, Chennai (2 days work from office) 4. 32 CTC - Product company, Bangalore (5 days work from office, relocation) - Salary negotiation in progress. What's the minimum salary I should target for relocation?

Got offers from these two companies. TCS is offering 2 lacks more thank LTIM. At LTIMindtree I have to go to office 2-3 days/week but in TCS everyday. Suggestions are appreciated.
