Seeking advice on offer selection

I got a good offer for 40LPA as a senior frontend dev and current ctc of 25LPA. I am wondering, if i can go any higher in chennai. Can any one shed some light? Product companies are limited here so no calls for interview and service companies are not even offering 30LPA. I am not interested in moving to Bangalore/Hyderabad. Posting here coz not much posts related to chennai.

Hello everyone, I'm currently seeking some advice on a significant career decision I'm facing. I'm presently working at Walmart in Bengaluru with the following package: Total CTC: 32 LPA Fixed: 22 LPA Bonus: 5 LPA Stocks: 5 LPA (vested over 4 years) Recently, I've received an offer from Oracle, (Senior Applications Engineer) also in Bengaluru, with a fixed CTC of 34 LPA. While the package is slightly higher, my primary motivation for considering a change is to relocate to Hyderabad. Dilemma: Accept the Offer: Be on notice period and keep looking for more opportunities in Hyderabad. If I don't find a suitable position in Hyderabad during the notice period, join Oracle in Bengaluru and adapt to the new company. Reject the Offer: Continue my search for opportunities in Hyderabad while staying at Walmart. Key Considerations: Relocation to Hyderabad: This is my top priority. Package: While the Oracle offer is better, I would have preferred something around 40 LPA to make a definite move. Questions: Is it worth accepting the Oracle offer and continuing my job search during the notice period? Should I reject the offer and focus solely on finding opportunities in Hyderabad? Is there a possibility Oracle might agree to a location change to Hyderabad, especially if I negotiate? Looking forward to your insights and advice. Thank you!

Friends, Need your advice, I have around 4 years of experience currently working for Total CTC 20.7 LPA (19.2 lakh fixed + 1.5 reimbursement benefits) and it's work from home. Can be laid off anytime. Since I'm on bench for last 6 months without any billable role. I got an offer from a company in Mumbai they are giving me a 30 percent hike from fixed around (24 LPA + 2 Lakh joining bonus ) for Navi Mumbai location. And it's going to be work from the office. Is it worth considering the opportunity ? This will be my 3rd switch, is it harmful switching often. Please help and advice

Hello, I have 5yoe at big4, currently working from my hometown. However recently I received an offer for a product company (pre-sales) which needs me to relocate to Bangalore. The hike is good 45% but considering the CoL I might just be saving 10-15k more per month than I do now. So, my question is, is it worth joining the product firm and relocate?

I have two job offers currently with 13.5lpa and 15lpa for 5yrs of experience. 13.5lpa is from TCS and 15lpa is from Wipro and also waiting for another offer from Toyota where they told 13.5lpa fixed they can provide. Also I still have one more month of notice period. Which one should I prefer?? Also can I negotiate with salary offer of other with Tcs??

Hello friends, Can you please help me in deciding between these 2 offers: Trigent Software: -35lpa: all fixed, (it feels can go upto 36) -Service based but hiring for good client who is there from last more than 5 years and will be there for another atleast 5 years according to them -25 years old company -1300 employees Inito(product based startup): 30 + 2(esops over 4 years, so we can assume 30.5) -This got started in 2015 but still having only around 110 employees -Out of 110, 32 from IITs...so good people are there Yoe: 4.3

I make 50k now @chennai, got a Bangalore offer for 13LPA, got another one here for 10.5LPA. I need to pay 40k for my home, but I don't pay rent here. While I really want to move to Bangalore, I'm wondering if 13LPA is enough for my monthly 40k + rent + food + other day to day stuff. I know it's vague but I'm just want to know if I can or should I keep pushing for an higher package I'm new here, lmk of there a grapevine post "tax"
