Switch or Not to Switch

Hey I joined infosys in oct - 2022 and now it’s been 1.8 months. My tech stack is MEAN stack but I was on bench through the year, recently got into a project but for only 4 months. I developed and learned by my own and gained a better knowledge on angular. Now the situation my company has made for me that I need to switch asap, within a month or two. Can anyone suggest me how to prep specifically so that I get offers from other company. My DSA skills are gone and feel like I need to learn again from basics. I have knowledge about angular. Can anyone suggest me how much DSA I should learn and focus right now to clear interviews. I’m planning to get a grasp over python and start doing DSA questions in that plus polishing my angular skills too. I have basic knowledge of node.js MongoDb too. Will I’ll be able to switch within this time frame? Please can anyone guide me through it so that I can plan smartly and can switch. Your help will be really appreciated.

I'm working in Infosys as a Tech Lead since 2y with less productive things. There is no proper work. Need a list of prep material that I should go through to get a job in good mnc. I am 2022 passout 24 yr old.I have joined one service based startup after college for 6.2 Lakh.But Out of 10 months I was on the bench for 8 months so in that period I have prepared for interview and Got the offer of 17 LPA.Its been 8 months in this job , But from last 2-3 months my growth is stagnant and I got bored as their is not much work as well.So should I go for another switch or wait ?

Need your suggestions, I have a total 7 years of experience and recently switched to one of the organization and this is my 3Rd switch, It has been 3 months no learning scope here and in future roadmap also I couldn't see anything much for my tech stack , and current project is too much of Micromagemet, though of switching to other company, as I switched 3 months back can try other switch now? Its good idea any impact on my career? Please suggest

Hello folks, I am working with a startup (now acquired by a big fintech) as FTE for 1.5 years now (Full stack dev) , my TC is 18 LPA (14.4 Fixed + Variable) in a permanent wfh model. The reason I want to switch is that my tech team is very small (4 people) and there is no senior person in my team from whom I can learn something, thus my learning has become stagnant technical wise. Should I try and switch company or stay in the same for more time, considering the current market scenario? PS: I am a 2022 graduate.

I graduated from a Mechanical Background 🤓🛠️. Currently working in Accenture as a Java Software Developer at a client site, I want to switch to a product based company. My current project lacks excitement as it's too lenient for me, and I don't feel much pressure or stress despite it being completely development-based, except for dealing with some office politics and micromanagement, tbh I'm not even bothered with that petty stuff as it's common everywhere. I currently have expertise in Java, i can rate myself maybe 6 or 7/10 in it. What additional skills should I acquire to unlock a vast array of opportunities? Or which can make me standout from others according to the market. Help me get out of Accenture 🤡

Hello all, I really need help from the past, 2 years my salary is 20 k only in MNC they are not increasing working for 12 hrs a day, so much micro management If you are sick you can't take leave or not give National holidays also by saying that your client Is from the USA preparing the roasters accordingly. Guys really need help how can i switch to a company I made the profile in naukari but No response. Experience in Cloud Infrastructure.
