Have anyone got pissed off with the company portal's job application process?

Corporate catfishing? More companies are posting realistic job listings that don't exist. Companies doing this are trying to trick employees into thinking the company is growing and that they are hiring more workers to alleviate their workload. This is not only manipulative, but immoral. If you want to increase productivity and alleviate stress in your office, start by showing appreciation for your employees and encouraging them. Share some companies you might know that have been doing this.

Why on earth do I have to create a separate account for each company, remember password for each, fill in the same lengthy a** information for each despite uploading resume? Why would I fill in my info when my acceptance rate through this portal is less than a percent? (my own calcs) I want to understand what was going through people's mind when designing platform as such. My immediate reaction whenever I open a jobdescription with a redirection to workday is to f* close the website.

I am seeing lots of jobs post on LinkedIn from various companies and when u apply to them there is no call back or any update from them. I am now like confused if those post are even true or not? Anyone face/observe this

It should either be a resume upload or enter details. Why do I have to enter everything again? Does it make sense to anyone?

Hi Grpeviners, I've given so many interviews. Qualified technical rounds for many but have been ghosted several times. Like the HR stops receiving my calls or they say at the end that sorry we want someone to join within 45 days. Sometimes they say, sorry we got some candidate from our organization and list is never ending. I feel very disheartened due to this ongoing scenario. Why is this happening to me, what should I improve in myself? Am I out of budget, notice period? Please help!

Do you feel 2021 level of Job Market is back?

Hi fellow developers! During my college days, when I was on my job hunt I applied for a lot of jobs on the workday portal but have received no response till date. The same experience is shared by all my friends. I also used to ping the company folks on LinkedIn for referral but most of them won't reply and folks who replied were confused about the referral process at their companies. I wanted to know how is your experience with that portal and how hiring happens in these companies is it only on campus or what?

Hey folks, What methodology do you follow when you want to apply for a job? Like is it cold mailing, career pages , stalking hr , Glassdoor, naukri , linkedin, etc. What is your strategy and how do you track it. What is the success % (converted,interview,total applied)

Hello guys; I have been actively applying to job/internship openings on LinkedIn (It might have reached 50+ by now) but what I get is either they ghost me, or reject me. There's only 1 or 2 companies where I actually received a response but even they ghosted me after submitting practice assignment. Also; the rejection mail of each company is the same so I am starting to think that most of the jobs are automated by bots or something. Can anyone suggest an active job search platform where employers post the role with the intention to hire employees, even look through the candidate's resume and respond instead of ghosting?
