Why does Capgemini not provide any bonuses ,neither does it provide any gift cards or boxes during Diwali.

There was a huge fiasco in Capgemini where all employees were battling for diwali sweets like hungry wolves because HRs in their WISDUMB kept limited boxes (i think 100) for their entire workforce. Chindi company
