In the case of twins both the parents have to contribute equally.. Do IT companies offer 3 months of paternity leave?
In India, it is very rare. Only a few rare companies do that, I think Atlassian is one, may be a few others too could be there. But 3 months paternity leave is rare in India. You could certainly ask for WFH for 3 months, most companies will readily agree to that.

Recently, Bank of America’s india GCC updated their paternity leaves to 26 weeks ( 16 weeks paid and 10 weeks unpaid). It used to be ~2 weeks earlier.
