Only perk we get is free food delivery at office, and that’s it. They say we are a hospitality company so no normal leaves. All festive leaves are optional (out of which you can avail 7 in a year) except 26th Jan, 15th Aug, 2nd Oct. No work from home culture. Come to office or take leave. And weekends, yeah, it’s only up to you how strong you are to defend your weekends because everyone expects you to work on weekends as well. Also, there is a lot of rush for products in the last quarter of the calendar year so everyone is always working at their peak.
