Does anyone know what happens in Pre-employment health checkups?

I am joining this new organisation in India, they are asking me to get a Pre-employment health checkup. They also offer life insurance and medical insurance, etc so could be for that?

But what tests are usually done? How was your experience if you've gone through this?
