Nota will help in showing the top people the advantage of having a good candidate next time. Like, "this constituency has 2% nota. So, with a good candidate, we can get those 2% next time. " Won't help this election, but te next one.
In 2-3 elections, the voting behaviour of a constituency will be determined basis it's nota along with the caste equations.
Nota has no value in Indian democracy. Even if reelection happens, most probably the same candidates will again come as party's will have to do extra expenditure for a new candidate which they usually won't.
