Knee pain :/

Need genuine help/advice on solving my knee ligament injury. Any experience/advice that someone can share would be helpful. Some background - I used to play football semi- professionally until I tore my knee ligament 7-8 years back while playing. Couldn't even walk for almost 3-4 months and was heartbroken to be honest. The next 2-3 years was a period of pain and depression as I kept trying again and again to get back once in the game every 8-9 months after doing regular physiotherapy and all sorts of knee strengthening exercises but to no avail, everytime I did, my knee used to slip and the excruciating pain used to kick in. I've had fractures before but goddamn the knee ligament pain is probably 3x worse. I've contacted many doctors and orthopaedics and all of em' have given me no hope to help me provide a permanent solution to this knee slip problem that comes up when I even attempt to play the game. They've either recommended a surgery which they is risky as it might tear again when I play or they've recommended just physiotherapy but the latter approach hasn't worked for me. I really wish to get back atleast in some form coz I miss the game so much. I also swim and brisk walk to keep myself fit but nothing gives me the joy football used to give me. Any folks who can help me out here or share their experience if any! Much appreciated 👍

I’ve always wanted to stay fit and active. I wanted to start my trekking journey this past year in the hopes of scaling Mt. Everest(too ambitious?) before I turn 30 years old. I’m 24 right now. So, I started going to cult for strength training, adjusted my diet and ran a couple of times per week. Until, one day, I sensed a shooting pain in my back, I couldn’t stand for 2 days. I had incurred a disc injury, a bulge in L5-S1 which in turn lead to Sciatica. The pain from this was fucking debilitating and it has affected me ever since. I can’t exercise, run or even walk before the pain kicks in. This took a huge toll on my motivation because fitness is something I took very seriously. Fast forward 6 months to now, the pain is still there with no hopes of it going down. It’s fucking depressing.

Guys, I am a software engineer and work remotely. I am 25 years old but feel as if i am older. > Already facing heavy back pain, lower back pain. > Facial and body hairs are turning grey > Already bald Are these all common, or am I doing something fundamentally wrong? How's your experience working as Software Engineer. Any thoughts?

Hi everyone as the title suggests i hv really started facing problem in daily activites due to this. I was once a very active guy who liked walking a lot but know even standing from chair is giving pain . Just after the covid this all things hv started happening. But the problem is i am only 1 years in my tech career and recent grad of 2022. I am really worrying about my long term prospects. I know i should be asking this to doc and ys i hv asked them i just want to know from community if u guys hv problem how are u dealing with this. I hv recently joined gym also but that isnt solving my back problem . Doctor said to avoid prolong sitting but unable to do much in it.

I am having l4-l5 annual discussion herniation which causes compression on nerves, due to this feeling numbness, burning sensation and weakness in thighs and feets. There are other more problems, please look into MRI image below My vitamin B12 and D 25 are good. LFT and KFT are also normal. Sugar is normal. Currently in tier 3 cities. Neurologist just give pain killers and vitamins only. If somebody has gone through this and cured by doing exercises or anything please share. Not able to focus on work and depressed all day, everyday due to this. I am sde, so sitting all day can't be avoided.
