Which all startups or MNCs have the best design leaders and teams in India?

Name and fame companies where design is taken seriously !

I'm a UX designer in an MNC with almost 2 years of experience. I want to work on a mid size / small design team with strong design practices. Does anyone have recommendations for companies I can consider? I am looking for places where design contributes to product decisions, strategy, rather than simply executing the PRDs.

Given the current situations in the market and everyone focusing on cancelling the appraisals or laying off or worst doing silent layoffs. What good options are left for people to join that ensures a good balance of Compensation, Culture and good future outlook. Mention genuine suggestions only and NO rant on your current organisation please. Want to understand market landscape and would be good knowledge to have right now.

I'm currently interviewing for 2 companies, 1st one is Deloitte and another one is a seed stage startup that has a potential to make it big ( I'm assuming). The founder is super nice and I'll be working with him and a product engineer. What are the pros and cons of working in both the companies?
