Personally speaking, no growth this early in the career isn't ideal.
I was in Capgemini for 18months and relate to your situation. Towards the end of my stay I was scared of being unemployable and staying behind wrto peers since there wasn't any learning.
Also, since you are saying that there's stagnation, you don't know when you'll be replaced or reduced to a middle manager. This will definitely make your career tough later on for sure, so this comfortable life will be behind you.
So might as well grind early and chill later, assuming you have no obligations as such holding you back.
