Early switch

I’ve joined a company recently and I’m planning to switch from here within 6 months . Is it fine ? What should I say when the recruiters asks for reason for change ? Ps : My average switch between companies were around 2.5 yeas.

Just be honest. And keep it simple and crisp.

I switched a company in 3mo and was transperent that I didn't like the culture there but didn't go into any kind of detail about toxicity etc.

IMO be honest. I worked in my last company for 6 months only but decided to switch as there was no growth happening as higher management people always try to push you down. And politics was next level.

Some interviews said its bad for me to apply this fast (even though they selected me for interview after seeing resume), but some were super friendly and not bothered too much.

TBH, it depends on company how they treat this

You can be honest and I'm pretty sure they'll appreciate it.

You shouldn't bad mouth that company or any manager. Instead you can focus on what you expected from there career-wise. And proceed to telling why you think the new company will suit your needs better.
