Anyone from Navi insurance here? Planning to file a complaint with IRDA

Made the terrible mistake of buying a health insurance from this firm. Now with the latest app update it's trying to read my sms and access my contacts and won't proceed further until I allow the app all the permissions. Do you need to share your contacts to access your health cards in case of a medical emergency? Let's say someone from Navi - say Sachin Bansal - gets a blood cancer diagnosis or a brain tumor - will he/she be willing to share all the smses n contacts with a third party? Nobody in business has ever of made it big by being an ass hole and anti customer. Karma eventually balances you out. If there's anyone from Navi in this app, can you fix this internally?

Navi is an insurance company, they bought DHFL Gi and renamed it Navi Health. They have an IRDAI license.

It's a sick move by them to get contact details of people they can sell loans, insurance and other products. Usually in dark web markets, this kind of data is sold for millions of USD. By accessing your SMS and phone book, they get all of it for free. If you have time and can afford fighting a case both mentally and financially against a billion dollar firm, then yes, please file a case.

NAVI app ❌

I'm currently facing a tough situation. I'm jobless and struggling to pay my EMIs. NAVI is the only app that is constantly threatening and pressuring me to pay as soon as possible. I'm already 12 days late in clearing my dues. Despite explaining that I'm dealing with health problems and unemployment, and promising to pay by next week, they are not understanding my situation. I'm feeling overwhelmed and unsure of what to do, this mental harassment is taking me to suicidal thoughts. Has anyone else experienced something similar? How did you handle it? Hi Guys, Need your professional advice here So I had resigned from my company early this month, and kept the last working day on December 5th, which was accepted. A week after my resignation, I faced severe backache and visited the doctor. The doctor suggest a weeks rest and a month of wfh post, I submitted all the required medical certificates to my manager. Post this my manager stated that he will consider an early release option with the last date as next week, he will pay me only till my last date. I wanted to check if this is ethical, considering it will be a loss of pay of almost 2months. What could be my next steps here, as they didn't even ask me for my opinion but went ahead and processed this. I have worked here for almost 2years.
