Read this news on X that Wipro is laying off senior level staff with high packages. In IT if you are at a role of delivery manager with 15-16 years of experience and 40-50 lacs package. Finding a new job is very very difficult. In my previous company a Director was fired and he was not able to find a job and ultimately had to retire. Lucky for him he went to onsite and had good savings. But now there are not many onsite opportunities and savings rates are low. If this happens with Millennials don't know what they will do.

Most of the middle Managers are just email routers and no real depth in expertise or hands on with technical. What do you think? How would this year pan out?
