I want to know how many of you viners gets exceeds expectations ratings in their company. What different you guys do to get it. I always gets meets. No matter how much I do great and extra work.
In my previous company, there was a guy, exceeds expectations.. Worst kind of moron.. We would discuss UI mocks for the next sprint and he'd add ideas like let's connect it with Alexa... We'd be working on a story and he'd convince superiors that a rewrite was necessary but the funny part is he'd be on leave two days before the supposed release and force it on others to complete it for him. We'd complete it and he'd get the credit. Couldn't code, just random blabber.. This xyz tech is new.. We should use this.. He'd say this and move to something else. Just hated working with him 😅
I too, always got meets. At many companies, EE is only given when promotion is there
