Excessive gossiping in Team

There’s excessive gossiping in my team about work, personal life, promotions etc. I’m not interested in gossiping, just want to put my heads down and do good work. How do I deal with gossip because I feel left out, like I am missing out on important information.

If it's not toxic than it's not that bad tbh & If you feel you are missing out try it sometime you will get to know if it's worth it or not

It is a part of working at any place. If you think your work is to only do your tasks then you will miss out on connecting with peers and your team.

That is fine for now but as you grow in an organisation managing, connecting and dealing with people becomes a larger part of your work.
