How to handle a negative gossip that goes around in the office about you? Is there a way to deal with this in a way that doesn't affect you?

Take it in stride. Practice 3-4 good comic comebacks whenever this is in discussion. Like I get high on life- dont need drinks. On night schedules - "Owls and Vampires hunt at nights". Basically chill and enjoy life. Dont think much
