Rejected by ex-company after MBA, was a high performer
Completed my MBA from An Indian Tier 1 college and applied for a marketing role (my previous role was non marketing, but I did some offline stuff) Was amongst the best performers and the company is one of the popular ones in the country rn. When I applied again for a marketing role, I got interviewed once long back and have been waiting for a revert. Worst Part - I know someone has been hired for the part and she is a friend. The person who was handling my application is a great guy, have met him personally before my former stint. Dont know why would they not give a rejection letter. Really need to move on but cannot because this will always be my dream company and was also the profile I have been reeling for. Tell what to do!

@EasyAlto how long would you keep waiting for buddy? To give benefit of doubt to the company, there could be many things going on, and there could also be the possibility that this is your silent rejection which has become the norm. I understand the part about it being your dream company, but buddy how long will you hang on it? You gotta move on and find other opportunities.
