TCS or Capgemini?
I am a mainframe developer with 10 years experience and have an offer from both TCS (25 lpa) and Capgemini (28 lpa). Which one could be a better choice overall, and not just monetary?
Depends on Projects, TCS is better if you are looking for retirement 😂
Get out of this assumption that TCS is better for retirement. From outside it looks good but when you come it will be difficult to survive even 2years with lot of internal things.
I have worked in TCS for 4 years, i used to work hard, at the same time my friends in others project used to chilll
Join Capgemini. TCS you can keep for later stage. As after leaving TCS you cannot join back. But in Capgemini you can join.
Don't join TCS,
Both companies are more or less the same. TCS has good onsite opportunities but then it depends on project. If you're aim is to work in same organisation for longer time without worrying about salary increment then join TCS else avoid.
