TCS or Capgemini?

I am a mainframe developer with 10 years experience and have an offer from both TCS (25 lpa) and Capgemini (28 lpa). Which one could be a better choice overall, and not just monetary?

If you joining in TCS as Associate consultant then don't join.if it is C3A then you can join TCS.

Isn't Associate Consultant on C3B grade which is above C3A - Assistant Consultant.
Why not to join on C3B? BTW, I am joining at C3A grade.

You won't see any growth C3B onwards.

TCS ofcourse. Capgemini work culture is too worst. And good that you got 2 offers with 10 years experience in mainframes. Me struggling to get one.

Bro to be honest all companies are shit these days. Na tcs mein haalat ache Hain for employees na Capgemini mein isliye I would suggest jaha bhi apko better salary mil rha hai go there and khudko upskill karke kuch dino mein nikal jao like in a year or 2, else in mein se kisi bhi company mein growth chances are nearly zero @AuthorizedLogin. For now go for a better salary bcoz work culture and environment sab jagah kharab hai.

Thank you all for your responses. I can see folks at TCS are recommending Capgemini and vice versa. Looks like no one is happy with their company. Still I would request an impartial answer from someone who has experience working in both the companies. Thank you everyone.
