I feel my growth here has become stagnant. I've learnt a lot working with great minds here, but right now I'm at a point where I've realised that I've reached my ceiling point here and now to enhance my skills and work on something new, more challenging, I'll need to move out of my comfort zone.

‚Why do you want to leave your current company after just over a year?’

Hi everyone. I have an introductory call scheduled with a recruiter. My current company has terrible leadership and toxic wlb where my inputs are not valued much since they feel juniors are completely dumb. I joined this company (after completing 6 months of internship) right after my graduation in June 2022. I'm sure I'll be asked this question of leaving my current company after just over a year.
