What will be in-hand salary for 13.4 LPA fixed

I want to know in-hand salary for 13.4 lpa which is fixed CTC I got and variable pay will be upto 10% depending on performance.

Rs. 70000 per month in hand. Generally around 40% of the CTC gets deducted for taxes and other benefits, leaving about 60% as in-hand salary. So rough empirical formula (from observations in various companies) from CTC to monthly in-hand is: In-hand per month = (CTC * 0.6) / 12

When I used to get 60000 per month my CTC was 11 LPA. I was just doing a rough calculation based on TaX and your QVA and other variables.
