Have you guys also noticed that now a days fake job postings has increased a lot, like lots of startup and early stage enterprise are doing this, what's the reason for this? Are they doing it just for attention or are there any other reasons?
I see lot of such posts on LinkedIn: show your interests in comments, like this post we will review your profile If you go through the comments of such posts, for every I'm interested comment - someone posts auto responses click to apply etc.
Exactly and some are even sharing their mobile numbers and info and most of these influencers kinda people are just telling people to DM them and they never accept a connection request and guess what they have gained hundreds of follower, this shit show needs to stop
I have seen multiple companies posting vacancy on LinkedIn and Naukri but I see no post of any candidate getting hired or sharing onboarding.
Are they posting this to avoid panic in open market ? Especially in the field of Data.
