90 Days notice period is illegal
I work in an MNC and the notice period is 90 days. due to this, my opportunities became narrower. Three recruiters directly told me they want candidates who can join in 30 days. Irony is those same companies posting linkedin urgent hiring.
Bro, notice period is not really enforceable anyway, if you get a better opportunity, and are willing to forgo the "pay" you can even quit on the spot, it's not like they'll do shuting

I would say, tell the hr that your notice period is 45 days. And when they roll the offer letter try to give some medical reasons or company issues.
Mention that on paper it is 90 days but usually. Is negotiable / adjustable with leaves. You’ll at least be able to go through with the process and maybe have another word with the hiring manager / decision maker during the final rounds. If they like you, they can push your case for sure.
I feel for you mate, recently I was rejected in last round just because of this one reason. I would say tell your notice period as 2 months. Then after getting offer post a month tell them you will need 15 days post notice period completion for personal reasons . On the employer side negotiate for the 15 days early release. This is one of the solution worked for me and my friends

Do offer shopping for those 3 months. Tell 15days/1 month to anyone that ask for your notice period. This way you will get the interview.
If you get your dream package then either hold them for remaining time using any excuse or come true. Do that using your own judgement.
Also, legally you can leave without serving the notice period if you pay some amount upfront (I don't remember the technicalities, you can watch labour law advisor on YouTube). A lot of people do this. Most of the companies give you joining bonus that is basically the money to settle the notice period with your current company. During negotiation you can new company for joining bonus and use it to settle with current company and get that experience letter.
