I have offer at hand, and got selected in 2nd company but there is a salary fitment round. 2nd company is asking me for 1. salary slips 2. offer letter 3. UAN card 4. PF passbook Should I give it to them? How should I negotiate now? Any trick you guys know?

I am from a tier 1 college and our placements season is going on, this year the market is very bad, we have very less companies than the previous year and the pay is low as well. From Dec 1, our interview will start but till now I have got no interview shortlist. But I have got an off-campus offer for 13LPA in Greater Noida, I wanted to ask if 13LPA is good enough for living in Greater Noida. The recruiter asked me how much I expected I panicked and said 13LPA, actually I wish more than I said, I mean if they give 13LPA as base rather than CTC then it is more than enough for me. Should i take the offer or negotiate or do what? If negotiated, then how can the company agree to 13LPA base? TL;DR: should I accept a 13LPA offer or negotiate it, for a dev role in Greater Noida. I am fresher sitting for my campus placements. please help

Hi Fishes, My potential employer is asking for the previous company's offer letter and 3 month salary slips after all interviews. I'm not sure on providing my previous offer letter though, Can I say that I've signed an NDA or would that also need any documentation. Please provide some assistance on this.

My current CTC is 8.1 Ipa and during interview rounds, I have asked for 15 LPA as that was the budget of the role. It's an MNC BANK. Not revealing the company. Now they are saying that only a 30% hike is possible because no one in the industry will give more than 30% of the current salary it seems. Hi everyone, I was working in Persistent Systems from last 2 years and had a CTC of 5.5 LPA. I got laid off from persistent as I was on bench for 2 months. Now I am about to join TCS with data engineer role. So how much salary hike I could expect? In my previous discussion with HR I asked for 12 LPA but he said that for 2 Yr experience they can't give more than 9 LPA. So should I negotiate on that. The vacancy was for 4+ years experience but as I have cleared the interviews they are ready to go with me. Please guide if you can as it is my first switch. Thanks in advance ☺️
