Help me beat 90
My notice period is 90 days and probably losing more opportunity due to this. Can anyone help me by telling how to tackle this? Also, I am 3.8 yoe and how can I get shortlisted at product based comapnies. Not getting any clues. Tried reaching out lots of recruiters on linkedin.

You can only avoid 90 days once you are on the bench (resource management group) get a spot resignation. Adjust that with your joining dates release from the project. If you fail you would get another project in the same company but save the job.
Say that it is negotiable and you've already talked to your manager about an early release since your project is over.
Your first offer is for the security of resigning. Use that to get other offers and buy some time.
In any case, you can buy back your notice if you really need an early release. Your company cannot deny that, it's binding on both parties as per your employment contract.
