Final call before reneging. Please help!
I have an offer from Oracle for an Applications Engineer role and another offer from Morgan Stanley for a Senior Associate role. I only have 10 days left on my notice period, and today I have scheduled a call with Oracle's hiring manager to learn more about the team and the tech stack they use. What questions should I ask to evaluate which firm would be better to join? The Oracle team works on ERP Cloud, while the Morgan Stanley role is in Fin-Risk-Prog & Prod Eng Tech.
Oracle's offer: 18L base + 1L PF + bonus(0-15%) MS offer: 15L base + 1L PF + 2.24L variable(1.75L for the first year) + 1L JB YOE: 1.5

There are very few selected teams which have good work culture. Check with someone from project’s team member before joining.MS won’t have hike this year as well.
Please don’t join Oracle, no hike since 2 years and this year too it seems like they are going to skip.
