I recently made my first career switch and got a decent hike as well. This is a Product/Analytics role. Have been working for this since last few months and can say the job market is very giving at this point. Would love to help anyone aiming for a similar switch in the same job role.

I mean still AVG swe with median tenure might have made max 10L right after IPO. Other public companies will give $7k to $10k per year, with refreshers as well.
